Zay Zay, it’s Christmas—you are supposed to be here with us this year. Daddy, Nani, and Papa were all sad that you couldn’t make it this year. It was difficult to celebrate another Christmas without my little baby girl. We all tried to just think about how much fun you must be having, getting your own Christmas with Mommy, Oma, and Geido. You are so loved by so many people, Azaylia. We don’t know what the future holds for us, but I rest easier knowing that you do have a good life for yourself out there. I tried to find a few gifts to send you or to keep here for you. Nani and Papa said that for now it’s best just to hold on to what I have gotten you already and wait until we know when we get to see your pretty little face next.

Daddy doesn’t really have much going for the Christmas season. Daddy lives at home on his own with Ziggy, so for Christmas I took all of my clothes, snow gear, blankets, pillow, a bunch of food, and even my big gaming PC, and me and Ziggy the dog went and spent a whole week with Nani and Papa. We ate good food, had great times, and of course missed the Nugget, Azaylia.

Papa helped Daddy to tune up his snowblower. I was having some issues, and the snow was piling up in my driveway. It took some doing, but Daddy and Papa were able to get it sorted, and I was able to take my snowblower home and clean my driveway up.

Daddy got some really nice socks and a battery jumper for Daddy’s new car, if he ever actually gets it.

Christmas has been a lot of fun. Maybe in a few years we can spend it with you and have a great time together.

Daddy can’t wait till we get to see the dinosaurs and ride the water slide together.

Have a great Christmas, Zay Zay.
